Optimized for posting on Twitter, the posts were primarily used to announce the return of Lock Bypass Village to DEF CON, the biggest hacker conference in the world, as well as to advertise the events taking place during the convention. The theme for the year was 'Discovery', with emphasis on a vintage computer aesthetic, so I went with a design that integrated images of circuit boards, a desaturated colour palette matching that of the conference, and featuring a grainy overlay to invoke a vintage feeling.

Following the announcement of the 2020 conference becoming virtual, the theme changed to 'Safe Mode with Networking", a glitchy, virus themed computer aesthetic. In response to this, I created an animated graphic featuring glitchy imagery, as if the image was being corrupted in front of the viewer.
